Answer: Salem Family Care is a Primary Care medical office (including infant patients, children, and adult patients) located in Salem, Ohio founded by Brianne Bagwell MD, Joseph Rousher DO, and Michael Sevilla MD. Salem Family Care is a shared vision to create a space where our patients and their families receive high quality medical care in a compassionate and comfortable atmosphere. Salem Family Care is centered around the health and wellness of our patients and their families. Salem Family Care is an independently owned small business and not owned by any hospital or health care system. Question: Is Salem Family Care accepting new patients?

Answer: Yes, Salem Family Care is definitely accepting new patients! We recommend prospective patients stop by the office in-person to ask about new patient paperwork, and to see if we accept your health insurance.

Question: What is Family Medicine and what is a Family Physician?

Answer: Family Medicine is the medical specialty which provides continuing, comprehensive health care for the individual and family. It is a specialty that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of Family Medicine encompasses all ages, each organ, and every disease entity.

Question: What services will be available at Salem Family Care?

Question: What will be the office hours for Salem Family Care? Will there be an After Hours Clinic on Saturday mornings?

Answer: Normal business hours will be Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm, and closed for lunch from 11:45am-12:45pm. The Saturday morning After Hours Clinic is from 8am-10am for Salem Family Care patients only. Get more information about our office times at this link.

Question: Will Salem Family Care have flu shots available for their patients? How about COVID shots?

Answer: Flu vaccine (both High Dose Vaccine for older folks along with regular dose vaccine) are available now at Salem Family Care. Walk-In Flu Shots are available for Salem Family Care patients every Saturday from 8am-10am. You can also receive flu shots at your regularly scheduled office appointment.  Salem Family Care does not carry COVID shots.
